Our body consists of 60% water, but we constantly lose moisture throughout the day. It is therefore important to maintain our moisture level by drinking at least 1.5 liters of water per day. Not always easy, but with these 5 handy tips you will really drink more water.

 

1. TASTE YOUR WATER

2. BUY A NICE WATER BOTTLE

This is a purchase you will not regret. Buy a nice water bottle and put it on your desk, you will immediately want to drink more.

 

 

3. INDICATE FOR YOURSELF HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO DRINK

Indicate on your water bottle how much you want to drink using washi tape, for example: 2 glasses of water for 10 hours. This way you can check whether you have drunk enough throughout the day.

 

 

4. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE EACH MEAL

Not only will this ensure that you drink on a regular basis, the water will also fill your stomach, so you will feel satisfied faster and therefore eat less.

 

 

5. MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE WATER ON HAND

Put a bottle of water in your car, put one on your desk and on your bedside table. That way you always have water at hand and you will drink more.
